We have 200 educated and skillful staff including 50 R&D engineers. As a leading producer of phone billing meters in China, in 2005, the sales volume of phone billing meters reached 120,000pcs, occupying 40% of market share in China. In May 2004, we gained the CCC safety certificate (China Compulsory Product Certification) and Permission Certification of Telecom Equipment Network Entry issued by the Information Industry Ministry of China. In October, 2004, we gained the Manufacture Permission Certification for meter instruments.
